This spacious, 6400 square foot, 6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath home features:

Private boat dock, fishing area, and picnic table. Wireless internet provided.

Upstairs: Three bedrooms (all queen), two full baths and one crib.

Main Floor: Large living room (cable TV and DVD), fully equipped modern kitchen and gas cooktop, granite throughout kitchen.

Dining room: seats 12 and adjoining playroom with playpen and high chair.

Master: King bedroom/bath, and one half bath. Laundry room (washer and dryer).

Rear deck (one of two) overlooking the water.

Downstairs: Two bedrooms (1 King master bedroom and one bedroom with twins), two baths, two game rooms (pool, foosball, ping pong and air hockey), and a den with a TV, DVD and sofa sleeper.

There is also a second deck overlooking the water with a gas grill.

Weekly Rentals (Saturday to Saturday) for $3200 per week, May 1st through October 2nd, 2010 (add $300 for holiday weeks). Care deposit is $700.

One half of the rent plus one half of the care deposit are due at the time of the reservation.

The balance is due two weeks before the reservation period.

Monthly rates available for longer term leases in the remaining months.

Three night minimum for Holiday weekends.

Sorry, No Smoking or Pets...strictly enforced. 14 person maximum!
